Hi! Had an interesting weekend which included ice cream with friends, the youth evening at Jovi, work... And a baby tortoise! These photos will show more:
Mielenkiintonen viikonloppu takana johon kuului jäätelöllä käynti ystävien kanssa, Jovin nuortenilta, töitä... Ja vauvakilppari! Kuvat kertoo enemmän:
We met up with the lovely Mirka and Tiia for a quick tour around the shops and an ice cream :)
The very nice weather for taking pictures of random things continues! Maybe the snow will melt before May after all... // Upea sää ottaa kuvia vähän oudoista jutuista jatkuu! Ehkä toi lumi sittenki sulaa ennen toukokuuta...
The girls organizing the youth evening had made cute and very delicious cake pops :) The first time I tried one! // Nuorteniltaa järkkäävät tytöt oli tehneet söpöjä ja tosi hyviä kakkutikkareita vai mitä nää suomeksi nyt onkaan :) Ekaa kertaa söin tuollaista!
The theme of the evening was Abba, which included Singstar and dance moves of course :D
These were on sale for 3 euros! A bit kitschy but I finally found a cute pair of Prada inspired earrings like these. // Nää oli alessa kolmella eurolla! Vähän halpikset mutta lopultakin löysin tällaset söpöt Pradan inspiroimat korvikset.
My little brother had wanted a tortoise for a while (though he'd kept quiet about it) so yesterday little Masa here came to live with us! The baby Hermann's tortoise is only half a year old so it will be a while before we can tell if it's a he or a she... But whichever it is, Masa can live to be a 100 years old :) // Pikkuveli oli halunnut kilpparia jo jonkin aikaa (vaikka oli pitänyt sen omana tietonaan) joten eilen pikku Masa tässä tuli asumaan meiän kanssa! Kreikanmaakilpikonnavauveli on vasta puolivuotias joten vielä pitkään aikaan ei osata sanoa onko se tyttö vai poika... Mutta kumpi onkaan nii Masa voi elää satavuotiaaksi :)
Outfit from yesterday with Bershka fake leather jacket, Primark shirt, and Bik Bok skirt.

Today is a fine day to listen to Adam Levine... I mean Maroon 5.
Hi! This week has gone by so fast since I've got a million things to do at least... Monday and Tuesday went at work, Wednesday I let my inner ornithologist out and painted more pigeons (I'm sure most of you are getting worried and thinking were does she need all the pigeons but they're for a good cause :D), and today was my first day at school! I'm really pleased so far, my classmates are from very different interesting backgrounds, the teachers are inspiring and I can't wait to go there tomorrow :) I think that's most important of all and hope it continues to be like that all year. I have two more days of school before they continue next month, and tomorrow evening I get to put the painted pigeons to use! Since I won't be getting much sleep this weekend Sunday is dedicated to that :D
Why can't shop windows look like it this in our hoods? :D
More window shopping :)
I bought this and the ring below from work, love the ombre spikes on the necklace!
I knew this rose gold leaf ring had to come home with me from first sight.
Outfit taken in the dark from today with Zara blazer and leopard pants, Vero Moda shirt, and the new necklace!
Hi! Today was the last day of work this week for me! The long weekend is going to consist of painting pigeons (not for decorating my room don't worry :D), cleaning and preparing for my little brothers' birthday party on Saturday. And everything else I come up with though I do have a growing pile of clothes that need a little DIY... Hope I'll have time to do something about that! Got the welcoming letter for the school, it starts next week and I'm really excited! :)
